
Biography
Alex Williams-Lee is a Los Angeles-based composer, cellist and music copyist for film, television, video games and the concert stage. He has worked as a co-orchestrator with NialL Taro Ferguson for composers Pierre Charles, Aska Matsumiya, Katya Richardson, Austin Fray and Cali Wang. During his time as a music copyist at JoAnn Kane Music Service, Williams copied and prepared music for composers John Williams, Alan Silvestri, Christophe Beck and John Debney, among others. Additionally, he has produced and recorded music for Two Seas Media Studios in Los Angeles and has sampled cello for Lucie Treacher’s Folklorica Sounds project.
In 2020, Williams graduated from the Berklee College of Music in Valencia, Spain with a Master’s degree in Scoring for Film, Television and Video Games and received a Bachelor’s degree in Music Composition at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. In 2018, Williams attended the 2018 Palomar Film Music workshop. Williams is the co-founder of PRIXM Music Prep & Printing based in Los Angeles where he is committed to delivering quality scores, copied parts and printed music to the diverse music community of Los Angeles.
